Occasional Desk : reclaimed Rimu and American Ash

The Occaisonal Desk is a small student desk, combining reclaimed Rimu floorboards and a steam bending mishap. The bend didn’t quite work on the first attempt but still yielded an arc of lovely quarter sawn Ash. The desktop was made first, then re-cut to accommodate the curves of Ash and re-glued.
